Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is an Hollywood writer and actor who's talent has brought her recognition and critical acclaim. Sagittarius by birth, Julianne Moore was born on December 3 60 at North Carolina. She's the eldest of three siblings born to Peter Moore Smith, a paratrooper as well as Anne psychologist.
